Wholesale Logs and Lumber Inc. specializes in log home lumber and components on a wholesale basis to contractor-builder customers. Timber frames are available in white pine, red oak, white oak, and douglas fir; frames can be cut, or customer or contractor can cut joints; stress-skin panels are sold along with tongue and groove boards for a dry-in timber frame package.
Retail sales are also made to anyone requesting them. For the retail customers, log home materials will be estimated from your blueprints at no charge. A material list of the different components from the contractor or do-it yourself builder will be itemized showing the cost of every item and component. You may add or delete any item you want, you are not locked in to buying a certain package!
Log Home Components and packages that go a good distance are delivered on a cost basis by a tractor and trailer. Unloading can be done either by hand or machine methods. Customers can arrange pick up and delivery of an order.
All components are available in pine or cedar and other species by request. A Log Home Look can be accomplished by using log siding and full log corners on a new or existing stud structures.
